This Maze is easy to negotiate if you’re an electron. Maze is a wall hanging that uses acrylic sheets and a very long extrusion of a highly conductive element. (9 in. x 14 in.)

Solar Papasan’s Cooker

”Papasan” chairs, sturdy bamboo parabolas, convert to solar cookers quite easily! Lined with used aluminum sheets, this freebie chair became a reflector bowl that rotates on its base for sun tracking. A black painted coffee can inside the fishbowl greenhouse suspended at the focal point cooks yummy stews and soups!

Junkyard Dog

This is the way I found the junkyard dog, Obligatory, in seven wire pieces — retrieved at different times from different piles in the Bay Area. To my surprise when I started playing with the pieces one day, a whole dog showed up, his wagging tail creating an arc in the air and saying “Take me for a wok.” (He’s a wire terrier, of course, and assembles without tools/fasteners.)
